Dynamical Analysis of an Age-Structured SVEIR Model with Imperfect Vaccine

Based on the spread of COVID-19, in present paper, an imperfectly vaccinated SVEIR model for latent age is proposed. At first, equilibrium points and basic reproduction number are calculated. Then, we discuss asymptotic smoothness uniform persistence semiflow generated by solutions system existence attractor. Moreover, LaSalle’s invariance principle Volterra type Lyapunov functions used to prove global stability both disease-free endemic model. The conclusion that if Rρ less than one, disease will gradually disappear. However, greater become persist. In addition, numerical simulations also carried out verify result. Finally, suggestions made measures control ongoing transmission COVID-19.
